Shenzhen METC Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is a third-party laboratory with independent legal personality specializing in the testing of electronic and electrical products. In order to ensure the fairness of the company's testing work, the following statement is made:

1. The company is an independent legal person's third-party testing organization, which independently undertakes the legal responsibility for testing;

5. The staff of the company act impartially to ensure the authenticity of test data and the independence of judgment; Have the right to resist the pressure of inappropriate administrative intervention from internal and external sources that deviate from the quality policy, independently issue test data and evaluate test results without any impact from commercial and financial aspects;

6. The staff of the company will not prevent customers from filing complaints related to testing;

7. The staff of the company will not put forward or imply any unreasonable requirements or accept commercial bribes;

8. The company and its personnel shall not participate in the activities that have an interest in the testing activities they are engaged in and the data and results they produce; Do not participate in any activities that undermine the independence and integrity of testing and judgment; Shall not participate in product design, development, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance activities related to testing projects or similar competitive projects. The testing personnel shall maintain independence and shall not bear the responsibility for sample change;

9. Without the consent of the company and customers, do not disclose the contents and results of national and customer testing, and strictly abide by the confidentiality of the country, customers and the company.

10. The company protects the confidential information and ownership of customers. No one shall use the customer's technology and trade secrets for profit.
